Ziggy! I had a good time at the Jackson Rhythm and Blues Festival on August 15 and 16 in hot Jackson, Mississippi. There was a great lineup with Ziggy Marley headlining on Friday night, sounding as good as ever. Denise LaSalle and Marc Broussard were also in good form.
 Bobby Rush Jackson homies Bobby Rush, with his hoochie mamas, and Dorothy Moore played Saturday night, along with Curtis Salgado looking good and healthy. Joe Louis Walker, Johnny Rawls, and Lightnin Malcom were also there with their hot guitars. I'm already looking forward to next year. |
